Fair use rationale for Image:Final CEDA Logo.jpg

Shanahan controversy

I'm removing this section from the article because it is not neutral ("uncredentialed"?) and also doesn't seem appropriate for inclusion in the article until some more of the organization's history can be added. Otherwise we give a skewed impression and undue emphasis.

==Controversies== At a CEDA debate in June 2008, a heated argument erupted between William Shanahan, a professor at Fort Hays University and coach of the Fort Hays debate team, and Shanara Reid-Brinkley, an uncredentialed associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh and coach of the Pitt team, over whether Reid-Brinkley could serve as judge of the debate. The argument included profanity and featured Shanahan dropping his pants (although keeping his boxer shorts on), bending over and mooning Reid-Brinkley.
