Welcome!

Hello, Npgallery, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Outside sources[edit]

If you use text from other sources like you did for Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site, it would be very helpful if you could make a note similar to the one I wrote at Talk:Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site after you reverted my mistake. Rl 20:08, 29 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Articles[edit]

Thanks for getting the article on Harpers Ferry National Historical Park started. Though I agree that cut and pasting text from official websites is fine, make sure you reference where you got the information fully and perhaps perform a few wikilinks too. Reading through this may help you get started. Thanks again.--MONGO 10:26, July 31, 2005 (UTC)

NPS Stubs[edit]

I noticed you have been making some stub articles for National Park sites. This is mini-project of mine, too. In case you are interested, I have eventually worked out a pretty good format for NPS stubs that you are welcome to use or adapt. A current example is Antietam National Battlefield.

It features the protected areas infobox and some standard categories. Tools for getting the pieces of information for the infobox are at Wikipedia:WikiProject Protected Areas. (Also, why not join the project yourself?)

Mediation cabal[edit]

Hi, I'm your friendly cabal mediator, I'll be handling your case. As a prior note to keep everything in the clear User:Pschemp dropped me a note on my talk page asking me to take a look at this one. If you feel that this has compromised my impartiality then please feel free to request an alternative mediatior.

Thanks and lets hope we can get some consensus building going around here! :) - FrancisTyers 00:29, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey again, was that a yes you don't mind me being the mediator or no you'd prefer someone else handled the case? - FrancisTyers 02:02, 9 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Seeing as you haven't responded within 3 days I am closing the case. I advise you to read Wikipedia:External links. If you continue to have trouble, please don't hesitate to re-request mediation. - FrancisTyers 09:08, 12 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wikification[edit]

Howdy. Are you planning to wikify the parks stubs you've added or can others do so? Garglebutt / (talk) 02:20, 9 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Switching IP Addresses[edit]

Although you are not using various usernames, switching IP addresses to evade rules such as WP:3RR, and spamming Wikipedia is not allowed. You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Npgallery for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page.
