i'd like to get some pictures.. don't know how to get them under the fdl though.. maybe i could just use an album cover and cite it as fair use? also if someone can find a better bio, please at least add the links and edit the page too if you have time -- schmiddy 6/15/04

This article needs a complete re-write. It reads like a fan bio or the bio that belongs on Jadakiss's Web site.

Hmm[edit]

I love Jadakiss, I think he's definitely one of the best Rappers of the 2000s. But there's something that kind of bothers me about him; when he spits verses he usually steals the show and rips the Hell out of the track. However; when he's solo he's really not as nice. Also, I think Styles is better than him, although most people would say Jada's the best in The L.O.X. Which is understandable, Jada has to have the best flow of probably any one else, but to me Styles is just so much more deeper.--Tainted Drifter 07:42, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Jadakiss Arrested[edit]

Jadakiss was arrested in Yonkers, New York and charged for weapon possession this morning (Oct. 7).

According to police, Jadakiss was one of four people in a car stopped around 4:30 am. Authorities searched the vehicle and found a loaded handgun inside of the vehicle.

Jadakiss, 31 and three other passengers were charged with criminal possession of a loaded handgun.

In July of 2004, Jadakiss was charged with various misdemeanor offenses in Fayetteville, North Carolina, after police found guns and marijuana in an SUV he was traveling in.

In March of 2005, the rapper reached a plea agreement with authorities and was given deferred prosecution. He was also ordered to submit to searches and random drug tests.

Controversy section[edit]

Shouldn't words like "beef" and "diss" at the very least be linked to the explanatory wiki articles or possibly replaced with formal language?

I agree. The language in that section needs to be reworked.

Vandalism + possible revert?[edit]

I just got rid of a line of vandalism and noticed that the "early career" section has been changed (and shortened quite a bit) by the previous editor - I am certain on this, so could someone please consider whether or not to revert?
