I should mention that I have absolutely no idea if my history of the term is correct. (I have heard it either came from their architecture or their government style. I felt the latter was more believable.) It may be that no one knows the 'correct' answer, but if anyone does please double check. DStaal 00:21, 2004 May 11 (UTC)
