Tanto el sector de la producción primaria como la industria y los servicios, se ven potenciados hoy gracias a las cualidades naturales de la región y a su ubicación estratégica, ya que en ella confluye una vasta red vial que hace de Villa María un paso obligado en el tránsito entre las principales ciudades del país y del Mercosur.

Es de destacar que las empresas locales y las que decidan radicarse en la ciudad pueden acceder a los beneficios fiscales vigentes a partir de las ordenanzas de promoción 4.816 y 4.760.

They're different indeed. This article is about Villa María, the city, not the smaller town of Villa de María. Instead of being so loud, why don't you show us where the error is? —Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 20:22, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
