article purpouse

I think we don't need to add much to pakkoruotsi in the way of explaining finnish education. The article "mandatory swedish" serves that purpouse quite well. I just removed the direct link to that article since pakkoruotsi is more just a derrogatory term than a direct synonym (as if nigger would be pointed at black, or something like that).

What should be added in the article is probably more the story about just that specific derrogatory term.
