Untitled[edit]

Shouldn't this just be at Hornsby? The only other Hornsby has a few hundred people. This one has 150,000. --Randwicked 15:44, 28 Jun 2004 (UTC)

yeah, it's a good point probably it should. i didn't move it, another relatively new user Ta bu shi da yu did. however, the user moved it to hornsby, nsw for some reason, and i have merely moved it to the standard format of hornbsy, new south wales and fixed all the redirects. moving it back would be a little problem because you would need a sysop to delete the disambig page before doing the move (otherwise you lose the history if you do a cut-n-paste). clarkk 16:02, 28 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Can someone please add the streeet address / location of the Hornsby Telephone Exchange, similar to the Carlingford article? I'm moving into the area and want to work out my distance from the exchange for ADSL purposes. I've a vague recollection of it being near the block bounded by Pacific Hwy, Jersey St, Bridge St and Station St, but I could be completely wrong...202.154.105.254 05:32, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have changed the population to the correct number. The old statistic of 150 000 was for the whole Hornsby Shire. This statistic (around 18,000) is for the suburb of Hornsby. Cdlw93 06:49, 8 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The following sentence in the Article does not make sense to me : "In 2007, Hornsby introduced the headquarters of Mix 106.5 (Owned by Australian Radio Network) next door to Sunshine Homes Respite Centre."
