• And it is good for this community of people that this remembrance-of-things-past, puppy-dogs-and-ice-cream and-a-good-time-was-had-by-all reminiscence crap get deleted with much haste and much rejoicing. We only wish that you did not remember this episode with the same vivid memory that you had for pizza or Italian dishes that must not have been that good in the first place as they weren't exceptional enough to be memorable. Unfortunately, my memory is more sharp, and I will be compelled a few years from now when I am older and more reflective to write an anecdote—a lyrical reminscence of the day I chanced upon this VfD, looking back on this crisp winter morning with barely a cloud in a serene expanse of ethereal cyan when I read a really, really bad snippet of an exercise in memoir writing by someone who mistook this place for one of those usual low-quality sentimental jaunts on the information superhighway...poetry.com. • Delete. Test by anon with no other contributions, amazing it survived since September. Not much point speedying it now IMO. Creative writing, no useful content (not to us anyway).
