I don't understand why this article has an "other notable characters and their brands" section after the main list. What criteria are used for placing a character on one list or the other? It doesn't seem to be due to a difference in how well known they (or their companies/products) are, or the timeframe of their use, or any other reason I can tell. In fact, at least one (Punchy, the Hawaiian Punch dude) is on both lists. Should the two lists perhaps be merged into a single list?
