Please note that no Andorran stamp had yet shown one of the two co-princes. Definitive stamps show the Andorran coat-of-arms, special stamps are issued on national and international occasions and show relevant images. Stamps by both postal administrations?[edit]

The article says "Both postal administrations issue their own postage stamps for use in Andorra featuring unique designs," and references https://news.abs-cbn.com/global-filipino/07/18/14/andorra-honors-pinoys-stamp. I cannot see, why this article may serve as a source for both postal administrations issuing their own stamps. It says rather, the spanish postal services issued a specific stamp.
