I Hear Ya! Records was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was to delete

advert for non-notable record album. also has redirects Jonathan Smith, D.C. Scorpio, EU (band), Rare Essence; only thing i found on google for "I Hear Yeah" (missp) was [1] but Rare Essence is real [2] Salasks 23:17, Aug 3, 2004 (UTC)

  • Weak Delete: It seems like a cut & paste, too. Notability is lacking. It's possible that clean up could do something, but it's doubtful. Geogre 01:22, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete - Most of Google's first page of hits is now mirrors of this article, so I agree it doesn't seem that notable. It does look a lot like a cut-'n'-paste too. The redirects show very little on the Googlometer too (except Rare Essence), Jonathan Smith in particular is so generic a name there doesn't seem to be anything to be found on this particular character. Delete them all, except the last, which probably deserves a band entry. TPK 05:28, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep Weak keep. When I looked at it before and listed it for cleanup, I considered listing it for VFD but discovered it did exist and had some relevance. It may still be considered lacking in notability, I suppose. Noisy 08:47, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
    • Where did you discover it existed? What relevance? I couldn't find anything to back up the claims in the article.Salasks 01:14, Aug 5, 2004 (UTC)
      • Found one more (weak) reference, which I have recorded on Talk:I Hear Ya! Records. Also, the lable is mentioned on another article. Noisy 15:48, 5 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. A few weak references does not a wikipedia article justification make. Timbo
