hi Pedro welcome to wikipedia.

There is no real need to make cryptic names for example:
File:Br DF.GIF
like " Br_DF.GIF". Its much better to be clear about it like:
File:William Ernest Henley young small.jpg
"William_Ernest_Henley_young_small.jpg"

Also, GIF is not allowed on wikipedia, PNG is the format that you should convert a gif too. See Wikipedia:Image_use_policy .

Keep up the good work! user_talk:hfastedge

Hello. When you create a page, could you write a complete sentence at the beginning rather than something like a dictionary definition, and highlight the title word or title phrase, like this? (See how I edited the article on Amapa that you created.) Thanks. Michael Hardy 00:37 19 May 2003 (UTC)

Hi, great work on the Brazil articles. Welcome to Wikipedia. I second Michael Hardy's comments, we really need to have complete sentences. Also, I've been moving some of the titles of some of the articles. For example, I moved Rio de Janeiro State to Rio de Janeiro (state). Keep up the good work. -- Zoe

Image copyright problem with Image:Br AP.GIF[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Br AP.GIF. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}. If you have not already done so, please also include the source of the image. In many cases this will be the website where you found it.

Please specify the copyright information and source on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 17:35, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
