Delete, although is in the news lately because of his death. He himself is not noteable. At the age of 14 he has not accomplished anything noteworthy. Sad to see someone so young die, but this should either be deleted or merged to his fathers page (if there is one) Alkivar 22:36, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Tragic, but not notable. The material can be merged with his father's article. Gamaliel 22:41, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • I tend to disagree because it is notable because of his celebrity status. Yes, it is newsworthy, but in this case some children of celebrities should get their page too. If Larry Hagman and Sean Lennon can get their own pages... ...but, of course, it is a sad time for the Ebersol/St. James family. Do what you will, if it means re-editing or merging the article. • It is very sad, but this page should be merged with the Dick Ebersol page. Zerbey 22:57, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • I would have to agree that this should be deleted. His death is tragic but he was the child of a celebrity, and that was the only reason the media even commented on his death. If we added a page for every dead relative or child of any celebrity, then the place will be bogged down in pointless minutia, hundreds of pages for each individual celebrity. I mean I haven't even seen anyone add a page for the longtime TV actor, David Bailey, who drowned this weekend. Yet this boy gets a page just because he was in a plane crash and his father was Dick Ebersol. I feel so much pain over his loss, but his death is already noted in Ebersol and Susan Saint James' pages. I think that covers it. --JamesB3 00:29, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete and move text to Father's page. One Salient Oversight 09:52, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Move it to the section on his father and mother Williamb 18:48, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge/redir to Dick Ebersol, and add any missing info about the son to Susan Saint James. Niteowlneils 19:50, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • delete and merge to father and mother's entries. Additional edit: most of his family was not on the plane, just dad, older brother Charlie and Teddy. There's another brother (Willie, maybe) and Susan Saint James has two additional children. So, 3 of 7 does not qualify as "most". catda 22:05, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • VfD seems to be unlisted/lost. Cool Hand Luke 06:16, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Sad to see him die, but there's just too little info to give him his own article. I say we merge it to his father's article. [[User:MacGyverMagic|Mgm|(talk)]] 09:41, Dec 4, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. If there is anything worth merging into his father's article that is fine, but this person does not deserve his own encyclopedia article. Indrian 00:18, Dec 5, 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge to Dick Ebersol article. Wyss 23:57, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge. Best made a footnote in his father's article. --Improv 19:48, 8 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge into Dick Ebersol. --MPerel 19:54, Dec 9, 2004 (UTC)
