Where have u found May 21 for Mozilla 1.7 release date? Mozilla 1.7 Release Status ]indicates an rc3 on June 3 and the final only on June 10. - Martani

it changes now and then, tehy are usally alwyas ove rthe expected date.

Why does this page exist?[edit]

I don't understand why Wikipedia needs a version history for any piece of software, even Mozilla. I like mozilla as well as the next guy (I even wrote the original Mozilla FAQ), but it just doesn't seem right for Wikipedia to duplicate this information when it's easily found elsewhere, needs to be updated frequently, and is of little encyclopedic interest. In my opinion, this page should be deleted.
