Student loans[edit]

If anyone out there knows why, it'd be a good addition to the article to indicate why the federal direct student loan program is name for him. Presumably he had something to do with it during his time in congress, but I don't know. oknazevad (talk) 20:51, 10 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
