Bow wow has another child. The girl that hit him with the paternity test that came back positive. He supposedly had met the 2nd child mother while on the road at a party.

"Bow wows age"[edit]

Bow wow is 26 years old. It says he was born march 9th 1987. That would make him 25, he is listed as 24 on his wiki page. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryan Emery4 (talkcontribs) 05:12, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request "Early Life"[edit]

In 1993 he attended "The Chronic Tour" performed by Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg. He got the chance to get on stage & show off his rapping skills. As he was among the audience who were called to come to the stage, the enthusiastic boy eagerly displayed his rhyming skills in front of the crowd without any hesitation. Impressed by Snoop Dogg he was called backstage & he was offered the job to finish off the tour as the opening act. Snoop ended up giving him the name "Lil' Bow Wow". He was later signed to "Death Row Records". During that year Suge Knight gave him the chance to appear on the "Arsenio Hall Show" to show his skills to the world. [1] He was on Snoop's debut album "Doggystyle" for a skit called "Betta Ask Somebody". He made a cameo in the video "Gin and Juice" as one of the kids jumping on the couch. He was set to have a song on the "Murder Was the Case" soundtrack but was denied due to his explicit language. He recorded more songs with the Death Row roster but were unreleased for the same reason. One his songs were released on the Death Row compilation "20 to Life: Vol. 1".

In 1998 he & his mother got a call from a representative of Epic Records to fly them out to Atlanta to meet Jermaine Dupri. One night while Jermaine Dupri was perfoming the song "Money Ain't a Thang" with Jay-Z, Bow Wow had asked Jermaine could he perform with them. Hesitant at first he Jermaine let Bow Wow come out & perform with them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Akid90s (talkcontribs) 07:52, 30 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"Music Producer"[edit]

The introductory section and infobox have Bow Wow listed as a music producer, however there's no assertion of this in the article at all - only of him being a writer and performer. Can someone cite these claims? It's all too easy to group rappers with producers (and mistaking producers with engineers). Booglamay (talk) 21:31, July 2008 (UTC)

Pedigree vs. New Jack city pt. 2[edit]

Under no research can i find that bow wow has announced he changed the title from Pedigree to New Jack City pt. 2. Even on his official myspace, it still remains that the album is titled "Pedigree". In my research, the album title was not changed, where did you find such source that lead you to believe he changed the title? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.233.102.104 (talk) 02:53, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bow WowBow Wow (rapper)Bow Wow (band) is a well known and highly influential band, well connected with hard rock, they get just a few more ghits [1] [2] so it appears that there is no primary meaning. Therefore the DAB should be at Bow Wow and both the rapper and band disambiguated. See also Talk:Bow Wow (band)#Possible move of the DAB. Andrewa (talk) 01:39, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Survey[edit]

  • comment the rock band does not get more, since the search is faulty, as it gets alot of things not related to the band that is described in our article. [3] 65.94.47.63 (talk) 02:24, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • Agree they are pretty naive searches, with many extraneous ghits, but I thought (and still think) that they were adequate for the purpose. Being a bit more careful in searching for the rapper [4] to try to exclude irrelevant ghits results in him getting even fewer ghits than does the band in your similarly revised search. Interested in any other comparisons. Andrewa (talk) 04:56, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • Note also that what is proposed is not that the band is the primary topic, but that neither is. So it doesn't matter at all which gets more, what matters is that neither gets enough to suggest that it might be the primary topic. Andrewa (talk) 04:56, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
      • Yes, disambiguation seems best, the argument presented for it is not the best though. 65.94.47.63 (talk) 09:23, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support disambiguation, I still think of the rapper as Lil' Bow Wow. 65.94.47.63 (talk) 09:23, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support neither are enough to be the primary topic. Xfansd (talk) 16:12, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Google search results are almost entirely faulty. I think they have a random number generator somewhere up at Google headquarters. Marcus Qwertyus 01:09, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • An interesting claim, but is there any evidence that the rapper is the primary meaning? Surely, in the absence of any, we should default to the position that there isn't one, as proposed? Then the vexed issue of the validity of the interpretation of the google test (and I'm not entirely disagreeing with you, but I do note the almost entirely in your claim) doesn't come into it. There's no way Bow Wow is 5'7. Look him up online, he's about 5'3 to 5'4. Celeb Heights has him at 5'4. Here's a picture of him with 5'4 Jermaine Dupri. --Ultraforce47 (talk) 09:12, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone edit the page? Wikipedia says that I'm not an "established registered" user so I can only view the source. --Ultraforce47 (talk) 18:26, 22 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Where in the article does it say he's 5'7"? It used to be in the infobox, but it was removed. Height of celebrities is a big debate unless most sources agree. I did a quick search and the most common answer I found was 5'7". Google itself says 5'7". This one and this one and this one also say 5'7". Others say 5'7" too. A couple say 5'4" or 5'5". But it really doesn't matter because height is sort of meaningless when it comes to an enyclopedia article for a rapper, singer, entertainer, etc. Unless maybe if they're extremely short or tall and it's part of their fame. That's why you shouldn't see it in any performer's article. If his fame was as an athlete, then it would matter. You're not established because your only edits are the three for your above comments. It looks like you've edited before, though, by the way you knew how to add those links. 2605:A000:FFC0:D8:ADF3:C706:1C77:4C80 (talk) 10:50, 25 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Controvery tab[edit]

There's a whole section on this page for "Controversy", yet it's only for being maskless. Meanwhile, at the Superbowl earlier in 2022 between the Rams and Bengals, there were countless celebrities that showed up maskless. This occured while there was a mask mandate in California going on. These celebrities included Matt Damon, Chris Tucker, Ben Affleck, LeBron James, Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lopez. Along with many more. This information is available online to anyone with a simple Google search. Yet none of their pages have a "Controversy" tab like this page does. None of their pages mention that they were maskless in public as well as Bow Wow. So I'm not sure why this page mentions how he was maskless, yet the pages of other celebrities don't mention it. I think this page should either get rid of the "Controversy" tab, or else add it to the pages of other celebrities who have done the same thing. 2600:6C40:7F3F:B400:A07F:2C75:B49:F327 (talk) 20:13, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
