Untitled[edit]

I linked the words "Queen's Gambit Declined" directly to the "Queen's Gambit" category in the "Chess openings" article. Should the words "Queen's Gambit Declined" be in quotation marks or italicized?) --NoPetrol 23:16, 6 Nov 2004 (UTC)

It shouldn't be either, should it? Capitalization ought to be enough. The Singing Badger 01:42, 7 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Cast list[edit]

I deleted the detailed cast list because it was a wholesale plagiarism of the wording in the Oxford Complete Works. A second problem is that the names given to the characters in the Complete Works are different to those in all other editions (e.g. the "White Knight" becomes "White Knight Charles" in the Oxford). The Oxford names are designed to make the play easier to read, but it's better to avoid them in this article since they're unusual and could cause confusion.Downstage right (talk) 02:20, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Educational project[edit]

Students from the English course "Shakespeare and His Contemporaries" at the University of Maryland, College Park will be working on improvements to this page between April 18, 2019 and May 1, 2019. We would love to have feedback and assistance from experienced Wikipedians. Thank you! CollierJP (talk) 17:42, 17 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This notice on the talk page should suffice to let other editors know that your students will be working on the page. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 18:17, 17 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
