What's up with the randomness?[edit]

The part about the middle school completion in the geography section? In fact there is nothing else about the middle school in the whole artical. Not that it's bad it just needs to be better organized. I'm going to try and fix up this artical some. Is this a national ranking? Or are you related to this man? I do not see how this is revelant.

Withdrawals can be closed, on common practice at WP:RM... by the nominator, especially if no "!votes" have been recorded, less so if no support has been garnered, and even less so if support has been garnered (seems to be some practice indicating that if withdrawn, and there is support, it can be renewed by someone else immediately as a new discussion) ; WP:BURO as well. It's up to you.
