I'm an anarchist and a constant critic of police tactics but for the purposes of this encyclopedia, this is POV. The title, that is, not the content. It should be merged with police brutality, methinks. However, an article specifically dealing with police response to protest/resistance movements would be an excellent endeavour. --Tothebarricades.tk 06:51, 2 Sep 2004 (UTC)
