Mudgee High School[edit]

Nothing on the page suggest this school is notable. Edward 00:47, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: Someone verify that it even exists, then what city and state, and then you still don't have an article. You have a fact. A fact is not an article. I need to be the first voter so that I'm not accused of following anyone. Geogre 01:16, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
    • Ahem. It exists in Mudgee, New South Wales, Australia. If you want confirmation, google is a good place to get it. However, see [1]. - Ta bu shi da yu 08:43, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete. Completely lacking in context. I agree with Geogre. A fact is not an article. - Lucky 6.9 03:11, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Keep. Mudgee High School is in Mudgee, NSW. A fact can be the beginning of an article. Dr Zen 07:02, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Begin an article about Mudgee, New South Wales, merge and delete. A fact can be inserted into an article. - Skysmith 09:10, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Edited the information noting that it was in Mudgee. Corrected the street location according to the NSW Department of Education [2] page. Deleted the bogus alumni but the article is definitely a substub. We already have an article on Mudgee containing this link. The article also contains blue links for St. Matthews Central School, Mudgee and the Woolpack Hotel, Mudgee which might also warrant consideration on this page. When I have time I will work on the Mudgee article including information on notable Australian author Henry Lawson. I will vote delete unless we have information that establishes notability such as genuinely famous alumni or other distinguishing features. Capitalistroadster 11:34, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete and change the reference in the Mudgee article from a link, so people are less likely to recreate. Average Earthman 12:07, 30 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete. I suppose this school might be notable, but you would never know it by reading the article itself. Indrian 05:27, Dec 2, 2004 (UTC)

  • Del. An article that stays on VfD this long without improving beyond this point should be deleted if only bcz it makes Random article a less valuable tool. --Jerzy(t) 02:08, 2004 Dec 5 (UTC)
