String quartet[edit]

Anyone mind if I merge the information about string quartets on this page into the existing article string quartet? It seems odd to discuss the string quartet in both places. Opus33 23:48, 13 Jul 2004 (UTC)

saxophone quartet[edit]

Category:Musical quartets inclusion criteria[edit]

At Category:Musical quartets, it says simply having 4 members is not a sufficient inclusion criterion. What is then? because it doesn't seem clear from this article and the contents of the category. Munci (talk) 19:07, 19 June 2010 (UTC) I think that this article should also include recorder quartet and brass quartet, which are fairly common combinations.dadaszehon[reply]
