This article is close to meaningless unless the word "today" is replaced with a specific date.... [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 17:54, 28 Oct 2004 (UTC)

I specified on the main page '6 months ago.' If that's not specific enough, I'll put the exact date: April 15, 2004.--Ben davison 17:56, 28 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Specific date added. --Ben davison 17:58, 28 Oct 2004 (UTC)

????? That's fine. And I probably overreacted as specifying her age does implicitly specify the date. But, Maybe Wikipedia is having one of its occasional caching glitches, because as I write this I see only one edit in the History, and the text I see in the article is still as follows:
Eliza Gladys Milvina Dean (born February 2, 1912) is one of only 3 survivors of the sinking of RMS Titanic still alive today. She is the youngest of the living survivors, at 92 years of age.
Eliza was only 2 months and 13 days old when the disaster happened. She was a passenger in third-class and she escaped the ship on one of the lifeboats. She now lives in England.
As of July 28th, 2008, she appears to be the only living person who was on the Titanic. The other two ladies have passed away. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.182.49.210 (talk) 20:26, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
