Failed "good article" nomination[edit]

This article has failed its Good article nomination. This is how the article, as of March 7, 2021, compares against the six good article criteria:

1. Well written?: Written with casual language, especially in the History section.

2. Verifiable?: Dozens of uncited paragraphs, which is the largest issue. Most of the sources are to the club's website without proper metadata or even English translations for page titles. Other sources from blogs and databases (Sportbible, Youm, Kickoff, Soccerway) are not reliable.

3. Broad in coverage?: Covers the basics well enough, but without details beyond "In X season, Y happened". The article's History section is top-heavy and needs to be condensed in Summary style.

4. Neutral point of view?: With phrases like "illustrious history" and external links in the middle of the Media section, this article fails to adhere to NPOV guidelines.

5. Stable?:

Pass

6. Images?: Some images have unclear sources or of poor quality.

The issues raised in the first GAN were not resolved, and I don't think this article should be renominated until a substantial amount of work is completed.

Having the rankings on the page.[edit]

@Crosskimo: May I ask why you have those rankings for Al-Ahly when most of the other good football articles (Birmingham City F.C., Al Ahed FC and Crystal Palace F.C. don't have those rankings?
