Invisible graffiti[edit]

Why not just leave visible comments on people's talk pages instead? Most people watchlist their own user page, so they'll see your invisible graffiti there anyway, but not as quickly as if you post to their talk page, because a talk page post gives that user a "you have new messages" sign. It also provides them with a suitable place to reply to you.

If you want to create content that will last for a long time, just keep improving articles like you've done with Cullen or Boolean datatype. Write enough of these, and your prose may live forever.-gadfium 23:03, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Back Scratching Barnstar[edit]

Since it appeared to come out of nowhere, I moved your "Back Scratching Barnstar" into the Wikipedia:Personal_user_awards#General_awards space. You may want to read Wikipedia:Barnstar_and_award_proposals to find out how to make your contribution 'official'. nae'blis (talk) 18:25, 4 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

+/-[edit]

Is the character number difference. So if "hello" is added, it will be +5. - RoyBoy 800 18:59, 5 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

February 2007[edit]

The recent edit you made to STS-116 constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. If you are interested in contributing to the project, see the Introduction. However, please do not continue to vandalize, as you will be blocked from editing. Thanks – Qxz 02:26, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Northern Blending Company, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Ciotog 19:34, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spam in Inforad[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Inforad, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Inforad is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Inforad, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself.
