It was nice of you to try and revert Johnny Cash, but it doesn't look like you did it right. If you ever need to revert a page in future, Wikipedia:How to revert a page to an earlier version describes the correct procedure (which, unlike copy-and-pasting, keeps all the links and other markup).

Hope this helps.

welcome to Wikipedia. Here are some more useful links for you in case you haven't already found them yet:

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!

Hello. I see you created several pages which contain nothing then the link to the french wikipedia. I don't think these make any sense - especially as the fact that the article does not exist yet is hidden. At least you should write a short stub additional to the interwiki link, or maybe better translate the complete french page. I did a rough stub for those which exist on the french wikipedia (I could guess some from the french text with the latin I learned in school long time ago), but deleted the two which don't yet exist in fr: - these really don't make sense. andy 10:15, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)

Hello, when you added the informational table to Jamaica, you inadvertently copied over a lot of information about Barbados. Several users have had to update the numbers in that table. In the future, make sure everything is updated before adding the info to a new article. -- Minesweeper 01:44, Nov 9, 2003 (UTC)

Ah, I see. Well, the good thing about Wikipedia is that everyone's an editor. Sorry if I sounded a bit snippy! Thankfully, most if not all of the fires have been extinguished here. A major rain storm is moving through this weekend. -- Minesweeper 05:11, Nov 9, 2003 (UTC)

Thank you for your recent contributions to the Caymen Islands. Beautiful. Do you scuba dive? I learned on Grand Caymen. Sting Ray City was my first dive. Jo.G 20:10, Nov 19, 2003 (UTC)

Canada heads[edit]

Thanks for improving the title of "Queen" to "Head of state" and "PM" to "Head of gov't" at Canada. Excellent choice. Especially that "Queen" category tag didn't sit well w/ me when I saw it a while back, since Canada's heads of state have obviously been male before, and will probably be another king after Elizabeth II. But I didn't think of Head of state to replace it (didn't even know this well-written article existed). Keep up the good work! --Menchi 23:05, 23 Nov 2003 (UTC)

I made a comment at Talk:Canada#Re: my last edit. I guess I disagree with Menchi. I'll respond to his comment on that page also. --Jiang 18:56, 29 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Please continue discussing at Talk:Canada and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Countries on your proposed changes before you implement them. Otherwise, unless consensus is achieved, they will be reverted and your efforts will be in vain. --Jiang 14:26, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Article Licensing[edit]

Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 2000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:

To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:

Option 1
I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual

OR

Option 2
I agree to multi-license all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below:
DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual

Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" with "MultiLicensePD". If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. Please let me know what you think at my talk page. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- Ram-Man (comment| talk)

Unspecified source for Image:Air_Caraïbes_Embraer.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Air_Caraïbes_Embraer.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then you need to specify who owns the copyright, please. If you got it from a website, then a link to the website where it was taken from with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the GFDL-self tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 05:36, 15 January 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 05:36, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
