Name[edit]

I am assume this was named for Tadeusz Kosciuszko? -- Anonymoues 10:58 Oct 26, 2002 (UTC)

Pronunciation[edit]

How is it pronounced? Our (Australia's) highest mountain is also named for him, we pronounce it Kos-ee-osk-coe, apparently this is nothing like the Polish.

Does "kah-zee-ESS-ko" .correspond to IPA [kə.zɪ'es.koʊ]?

It is locally pronounced Kah-zee-ESS-ko.

Hello. Would it be possible for somebody who lives there or close to take more pictures of the main buildings, main roads, etc. and upload them to Wikimedia Commons please? I won't add a "reqphoto" tag as there is one picture, but more would be good. It would just give a better sense of the place and greatly enhance this page.
