I removed

  • Abuse: Users who use the network for spamming (advertising a particular web site, or sometimes displaying false news alerts, often about terrorism) are frequently k-lined. Other forms of network abuse may also result in this effect.

because Abuse is the same as misbehaviour. This would be a good thing to be reincluded as something like: common reasons for k-lines due to misbehaviour. However spamming, false news reports doesn't sound like a very representative accumulation.
