Indeed! Could use more on its history, organizational structure, and maybe politics; right now it's basically a theological document. (I took out some Bible quoting that seemed to be piling on; I hope that's OK.) Does anyone know alternate nomenclature for this group? I'm not finding much on it online, and although the National Council of Churches and World Council of Churches both have lists of members, I'm not sure which this is. -- Minivet 16:03, 20 Apr 2005 (UTC)

I was copyediting this article and have come to the conclusion that a large part of it is dogma repeated as fact. In particular, I'd like to delete the following paragraphs:
They accept full responsibility to spread the gospel by every legitimate means, teaching that none will ever come to Christ unless God first works in their lives. They believe that those chosen before the foundation of all creation by the Father for salvation were redeemed by the blood shed by the Lord Jesus Christ, are drawn to faith by the Holy Spirit, and will be enabled by God's keeping grace to persevere to the end.
Calvinist Churches, USA also recognize that there are numerous sincere non-Elect followers disciples of the living Lord Jesus Christ who love and serve Him (Matthew 7:21-23; 2 Corinthians 13:5).
God's Spirit does not yet bear witness with our human spirit, and it is therefore recognized that they are, in all probability, not included among Jehovah God's Elect (eklektosß) of His Sovereign Grace, as stated in Matthew 7:13-14, Luke 13:24, and Romans 8:8-14. However, that does not deter or restrain these fellowships from encouraging others who might be of the Elect to seek Him, as stated in Luke 16:27-28,30, even while allowing that His non-Elect still share in a "spirit of slavery" and cannot hope to please Him in the flesh, as cited in Romans 8:8.
I don't claim to be an expert on Calvinism, so if I wanted to give people the chance to defend this portion of the article before I do away with it.
Also, if someone who does know more about Calvinism than I do stumbles across this, there are some parts of the page that could use some explanation. For instance, a definiton of the "Elect" would be useful. --djrobgordon 04:18, 26 Apr 2005 (UTC)

I seriously doubt that this group exists. The name itself sounds like a parody - and an offensive one at that. The content has got to be a joke; I can't believe that anyone believes this obscene perversion, at least, in my experience NO ONE DOES. Mkmcconn (Talk) 5 July 2005 22:31 (UTC)
I have found no evidence of such a group. If it exists at all, it is false that it is a member of any of the organizations it claims to belong to, or that it has the kind of membership claimed. The text appears to be based on a satyrical article. Mkmcconn (Talk) 7 July 2005 01:20 (UTC)
