removing links from English language learning and teaching

Hi -

Can you explain why you removed two of the resource links from the English language learning and teaching page?

It's not a big deal to me, but I thought that an additional resource link for the "Non-Native English Speakers in TESOL Caucus" was far preferable to having a whole page for that topic, which is where it was before.

Curly quotes

The main reason I've converted curly quotes to straight quotes is uniformity. In English as a second or foreign language there are over 75 pairs of double quotes (and one isolated one that was a curly quote — that needs further review), but only 4 or so pairs of curly quotes. (Occasionally curly quotes have been used to encapsulate straight quotes or vice versa, but not here.) Mark Hurd (talk) 08:23, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
