This article is unbalanced. It quotes only US opponents.

Okay, now it's biased the other way. What is this article on? The history of Iraq's use of weapons of mass destruction, or the existence of ibid in the modern day? If the former I would argue it's not a meaningful article, except as propaganda, which I hope would be considered POV and not fit for wikipedia. If the latter, a half-dozen links about how Iraq gassed Kurds in the 80s is interesting, but not terribly relevant. Needs much work in any case. Which is this article trying to be, do we think? Or, what do we want it to be? I'd rather the latter. Graft

I've read (can't remember right now) estimates from inspectors _other than_ Ritter that Iraq managed to hide 80% or more of its chemical and nuclear weapons, rather than the 5% or so suggested by Ritter.

Richard Butler, UNSCOM chairman from 1992 though 1997, stresses that the full nature and scope of Saddam's current WMD programs cannot be known precisely because of the absence of inspections and monitoring. He surmises that it would be "foolish in the extreme" not to assume that Iraq is: developing a long-range missile capability; at work again on building nuclear weapons; and adding to the chemical and biological warfare weapons that were concealed during the UNSCOM inspection period.
