Regarding concept album: Sorry about that, I will try to explain.
I reverted because you had changed '''concept album''' to [[concept album]] on the page; the first method is the correct one. The second would be a link to the page, but because self-links are ugly, they are nowadays shown as bolded. Nevertheless, self-links are still unwanted.
So far your mistake and my first reversion, now to my mistake and my second reversion. Basically, I was being lazy. I used a method that I have as an admin to quickly revert the changes of the last person who edited the page, rather than doing a reversion by hand. The problem with this was that by doing so I had also reverted your change from "[[Electro-shock Blues]]" to ''[[Electro-shock Blues]]''. And that was a good change, and should not have been reverted. So then I did a re-reversion to the version where your change to the 'Electro-shock Blues' link was included but your change to the 'concept album' text was not.
