Can someone explain how this page is not completely obsoleted by List of cities, which is also arranged by country? -- Timwi 22:52 26 Jun 2003 (UTC)

No idea what the criteria for a city is, and why this list even appears - it's inconsistent with the individual countries. I vote it's replaced by a list of links to the individual countries lists. As to what goes in those... who knows? --Greenman 15 October 2003
