More episodes[edit]

I remember hearing that they were going to make more episodes of this show, can anyone confirm? The snare (talk) 17:36, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Cyrus Vance, co-producer of the Brimstone TV series, posted some details on the planned episodes on what was (most likely) the official message board of the series. John Glover archived that information in its entirety before said message board disappeared. --217.224.158.172 (talk) 18:34, 4 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It would also be helpful to know why it was canceled. It's probably the second shortest show I ever saw, next to Convington Cross. Was it given a fair trial period? 8 or so episodes really isn't enough to see if it's good or bad. Though, I have heard that some shows don't make it past the pilot. I'm guessing in that case the Pilot isn't even aired. At least I've never seen a show that was just the Pilot and nothing more. The snare (talk) 21:51, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • There was a video review of the series. As far as I remember the reviewer explained the most likely scenario why the series was canceled. The reviewer had done actual research and included background information like that it was originally planned to only feature John Glover in the first episode. Unfortunately it seems the review in question was removed, as I am unable to find it. The only other things I can remember for certain are, that the reviewer was male, had done several other reviews before, the review included mostly shots from the series and that I watched it before December of 2014. He also mentioned that (at the time) he had only been able to get a hold of the episodes in the form of private recordings on a series of VHS tapes captured from the Canadian broadcasting back in the day. I'm pretty sure the review was hosted on YouTube. Sorry that I can't be more helpful. --217.224.158.172 (talk) 18:22, 4 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
