How new do you mean? If they're very new, perhaps Google just hasn't found them yet. It will do eventually. It will probably find them quicker if they are linked to from more places. Are you trying to search Google using "site:www.wikipedia.org". If so, that might be the problem, as the servers are now split and called "en" and "en2". So, if you try to search Google for articles on www.Wikipedia.org, it won't find them. Try just "wikipedia.org" and it will find both en and en2. For example, it finds Alternative metal which is currently on the en2 server, even thought that was only created a few days ago. Angela 19:48, 11 Nov 2003 (UTC)

The current version of alternative metal isn't listed as a copyvio, but there was an older, now deleted, version which was. It was created on 18 December 2002 and listed for deletion by Hephaestos on 9 October 2003 and deleted by Delirium on 16 October as far as I can tell, although it's possible it was deleted and recreated with the same content in between these dates. The reason for the deletion was that the original article was an exact copy of the this web page. The current version is clearly not, although I have to say it has a lot of similarities. Perhaps you could edit further to remove any perceived similarities and avoid future deletions. Does that answer you question? Let me know if not. Angela

Hi, just to clarify, I'm not saying it is a copyvio. I'm saying the old version probably was, but that was not created by you, and was deleted a month ago. A summary of a web page is probably not a copyvio, but different people may see it as one if the two are too similar. If you want to seek the views of more people on this, then the village pump is a good place to ask, or the talk page of somewhere like Wikipedia:Copyrights or Wikipedia:Possible copyright infringements. Proposed deletion of Troy Stetina[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Troy Stetina, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:

Troy Stetina – news, books, scholar Consequently, this article is about a subject that appears to lack sufficient notability.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
