Most of the words and phrases used in relation to this piece have been undoubtedly appropriated from the website and articles on Dick Tiger by Adeyinka Makinde, yet, the linkto further information is not directed to either his website or article. Amazing!

Death[edit]

I find it interesting that I met Dick Tiger in person in Santa Rosa, California five days ago. He is now in a wheel chair and was promoting the construction of a paraplegic facility in Mombasa, Africa. Yet this article claims he died at the age of 42... hmmmmmm.

RESPONSE TO DEATH

I see. Hmmmn. And what exactly have you discovered or uncovered here my dear man or dear lady? Do you know which country Mombasa is located? You see Africa is not a country but a continent. Mombasa is in kenya, East Africa.

Now, did you ask this Dick Tiger whether he won the world middleweight title twice and the world light heavyweight title once? Did he nod his head?

I've heard of a 'Young Dick Tiger' and even Dick Tiger a grunge band from Scandanavia or thereabouts.

Look mate, the Dick Tiger you may have met is 'Dick Tiger' Murungu who won a bronze medal at the Munich Olympics. The original Dick Tiger -the great professional boxing champion from Nigeria (and for a time the secessionist state of Biafra) succumbed to liver cancer in December 1971.

Returned CBE?[edit]

One cannot return an appointment to the order, the insignia can be returned as was the case with John Lennon's MBE, but the person still remains a member of the order unless H.M. chucks em out! Cheers, Lion King 15:25, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I can find no evidence that Tiger was expelled from the Order. I have therefore amended the article to reflect this. Lion King 16:13, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think I added an infobox, but it's not looking like I supposed it would be. Please, would somebody help me by correcting the mistake??? And please explain me how to add an infobox...
