Right, chaps. I've merged as much of the useful stuff as possible into SKS - they are indeed the same rifle (the name itself means 'Semi-automatic Karbine, Simonov'), and I believe that the shorter name is more appropriate. As for the direct copy-and-paste of that page, I have shortened, re-written and expanded it beyond all reasonable shape, although the 'technical specifications' part is identical.
