Please note, I realize that the PHS article on wikipedia is separate from the commissioned corps article. However, I chose to point the redirect to the commissioned corps because in general, that is what is being referred to when talking about the Public Health Service. If a compelling argument can be made for redirecting to the generic article rather than the CC article, I'm open to it.
