The text says "bass quitar", but it CAN'T BE, since there is no bass in The White Stripes. All parts that REALLY sound like bass - such as the intro riff of "Seven Nation Army" - are actually just guitar with a dropped tuning.

Magnum opus?[edit]

Why is this considered their magnum opus? Both Elephant and Icky Thump debuted at No.1 in the UK Charts. White Blood Cells was given 3-and-a-half stars by Rolling Stone magazine, where as Elephant recieved 5. Opinions should not be put on Wikipedia, especially wrong ones.

Opinions by definition cannot be right or wrong. Especially in the case of what an artist's Magnum opus is, staunch objectivity is impossible. The charts and Rolling Stone magazine aren't the be all end all either. Zazaban (talk) 22:51, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're Pretty Good Looking[edit]

Orphaned references in White Blood Cells (album)[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of White Blood Cells (album)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
