Seeking clarification[edit]

I am puzzled by certain statments in the article. For instance:

The ruler of Valluvanad was a witness during the offering of the title deed by king Veeraraghava in 1320. What exactly is the meaning of this sentence? Who was the ruler of Valluvanad which this sentence refers to? And, who is this king Veeraraghava?
After the death of Cheraman Perumal(1320-1342) kerala was divided among the rulers of Thiruvithamkoor, Kochi, Kolothunaadu, Kurumbanadu and Valluvanad states. This sentence gives a wrong impression that until the death of Cheraman Perumal, there was a state/kingdom with the same geographical boundaries as Kerala has today. This is not correct.The state of Kerala was formed only on November 1, 1956, based on the recommendations of the State Reorganisation Commission set up by the Government of India. (See Kerala)
It is said that currency notes were lying scattered on the roads. Were currency notes actually in use in the province as a medium of exchange during that period?

I don't know anything about Perinthalmanna to make the required changes. Will the User:Jishacj have a look at this and make the necessary corrections? MANOJTV 10:22, 8 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I did request a fact check on the same topic and on the same points which are being raised by User:MANOJTV. Many of the statements are confusing. Making sense of the article is getting difficult as Iam not a native of Perinthalmanna and haven't visited the place either. But will try my best. Jisha C J

hello, User:Jishacj and all fellow wikipedians, I am trying to reorganise texts / reword / clarify certain points. It shall be completed over next one week. I would encourage everyone interested in the article to edit / contribute. At least, certain sugge shall be most welcome. And, feel free to change / re-edit to improve. Is it just me or is the topic title completely incorrect. Since it apparently is, shouldn't we be redirecting it to the actual spelling?Chrisvanlang (talk) 11:39, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The photo given[edit]
