French Wikipedia[edit]

The French version of this page... does it say that it always contains alcohol? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.192.60.51 (talkcontribs) 03:04, 10 November 2005

Sangria[edit]

Does punch is equal to sangria? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 150.128.43.131 (talkcontribs) 12:59, 9 May 2006

Sangria is a kind of red wine punch, but there are many kinds of punch that aren't sangria. Mindspillage (spill yours?) 21:26, 21 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What is the name for[edit]

That generic multi-flavored stuff that hillbillies buy, that comes in plain translucent milk jugs. It's, like, liquid fla-vor-ice or knockoff Hi-C or something. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.122.63.142 (talk) 15:54, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

merge Spodi in to this article[edit]

The long-unreferenced article spodi apparently regards a drink which is simply an alternative regional term for punch, with little or no significant difference, certainly insufficient for a separate article. The term may be worth mentioning in this article however. Mutt Lunker (talk) 12:24, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The redirects should be removed or a reference to the term needs to be included. As it stands now, Spodiodi and Spodi and Spodee redirect here, but no mention is made of any of those terms. 75.37.20.28 (talk) 06:52, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ubiquity at college parties[edit]

What is the source for the claim that punch is widely consumed at parties involving college-aged people? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.224.98.35 (talk) 18:25, 8 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Golden Glow?[edit]

Golden Glow redirects here, but there is nothing in the text to explain why. Any ideas? --Theodore Kloba (talk) 16:00, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
