Is this a translation?[edit]

Is this article a translation of an article from the German Wikipedia? If it is, it sounds like it. It is a very poorly done translation and needs some work. It is not even poorly done because of the verbal transliterations but because of much more obvious (e.g. Sybil, who is Sybil?) problems that would be basic to any traditionally created article.
