John Lukács

Are you certain John Lukács was Jewish? The following two links seem to think he was Catholic: [1], [2]. Also, he left Hungary in 1946 (see this PDF) and nothing is ever mentioned of how he survived the Holocaust. Curiously, Juko 12:51, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Darn it, I think you're right, as usual. The only reference I could find of him being Jewish was from David Irving, who is a far from credible source. I'll remove him. (Incidentally, funny English-language aptitude exam from Hungary you cite above. --Maxn 04:07, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
