"Fix" complement?[edit]

What, like plants fixing nitrogen, or me fixing the brakes on my car? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.152.14.118 (talk) 09:10, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am new.[edit]

I am new. I have a girlfriend who has a very low white blood cell count. I believe it is something like 3.7. I am trying to find out what information I might give her to help her.

Could you please give me some direction that might help know what is wrong with her. She has seen two doctors and they don't know what the problem is.

Sincerely, K.

I suppose[edit]

I suppose that this humoral immunity page would be better off if it's merged with B cell, Immunoglobulins and stuff like molecular interactions written into it also. --Calvinchong 04:11, 9 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have published my edits to the humoral immunity wikipedia page for my course work. The edits include some new references, new links to other wikipedia pages of interest (macrophages, complement pathway, variable region, lymphatic organs), and edits to the antibodies introduction, antibody production introduction and complement system.
The edits to the antibodies' introduction were done to help make the introduction more concise. The edits to the antibody production introduction were meant to elaborate more on the process of B cell maturation without double dipping on specific information covered in the following paragraphs. Finally, the complement system section required a deeper explanation of its three pathways. So, I detailed the differences between the three pathways as well as how C3 convertase cleaves complement subunits to do more than just create the MAC. -- Judgementkazzy822 (talk) 18:20, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
