I am a doctor practising General Medicine.One of my patients has symptoms like weakness, mental depression, anxiety, feeling of impending catastrophy, periodic panic attacks.Patients Lab report is as follows

         Serum calcium  8.3mg/dl
         serum cortisone 136.3nmol/lit done am.
         serum para thyrhormone 115.3pg/ml

 These are the abnormal findings.Thyroid normal,female hormones normal.
