- It's a brief description about a school district in Tanzania, which has a hospital and boarding school. It doesn't seem particularly notable.

Ludewa is a district in Tanzania, not just a "school district", with a population of 130,000 (as of 2002,see [1]). That certainly seems notable to me. This page can be made into an adequate geography-stub and deserves a chance on Wikipedia:Pages needing translation. I'm also willing to translate it if this survives VFD.
