Cleaned up, and removed the cleaned up tag. FatherGuidoSarducci 08:17, May 5, 2005 (UTC)

I know the discussion page isn't for discussing the topic, I must say, I absolutely loathe this show. I only came here to see if the article pointed out the fact that the main character encourages people to think of horrible torture situations to put their 'enemy' in. Star Rating: 0/10 Should not be viewed by anyone. Roxybudgy 09:24, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Erm, just because the main character does it doesn't mean that everyone else on the planet should. It's not encouraging unless you twist reality to a point where you take everything on tv as "encouraging."--Claude 04:27, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The cartoon admittedly isn't for everyone but fans of the show would LIKE this page I am sure. It's written quite well and seems to capture the flavor of the characters, although I have never seen it. I have taken out some of the adolescent feel of the text but left enough to satisfy the younger fans. In a page like this I would think that a bit of 'fan feeling' should be left in, no? --Byron Bell (talk) 17:21, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have gone through the article completely, removed many of the unnecessary plot descriptions, removed many expressions of opinion, such as "apparently", "as a result", etc., and added several links to words and terms that a younger reader might not know. At this point, I think the article is fine, keeping in mind it's explaining a cartoon program aimed at children. If I were an Angela Anaconda fan, I'd like this page. --Byron Bell (talk) 07:43, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I give 0/10. It was the worst "animated" show when I was a kid. It had one of the most unlikable cast in any cartoon to date. 86.43.190.127 (talk) 21:35, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Angela (character)[edit]

Why is there no section on this page for Angela, herself, as a character, when all of the other characters are described? nlyons162 22:04, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is she not a middle class Canadian girl? This is, after all, a Canadian show. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.75.71.133 (talk) 22:22, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Angela lives in Tapwater Springs, Florida. Her grandmother lives in Alabama. Their family is lower middle class. 72.250.135.51 (talk) 22:33, 10 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Having watched an episode featuring Grandma Anaconda recently, I'm fairly confident that she lives in Florida, and Angela refers to Florida as though it were a different place. As far as I can tell, this show isn't exclusively Canadian, it's binational (as noted on IMDb). Its creation involved American producer Sue Rose and was initially made for the American cartoon Kablam! (if the article is correct). They take great care in not giving away any references that might reveal the country, state, or province of Tapwater Springs; the geographical ambiguity is probably intentional. One conundrum this creates is the lack of a politically correct and professional-sounding term for a person of African descent. By the way, January Cole is described as "African-American" and Jimmy Jamal is described as "African Canadian". --fiberglassdolphin 16:25, 1 November 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fiberglassdolphin (talkcontribs)

In one episode called Hot Bob and Chocolate, she imagines terrible stuff happening to Nannette. HealthyGavin108 (talk) 23:10, 17 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Article Cleanup Co-Ordination Point[edit]

Setting[edit]

This is in the category Television shows set in Oregon, but there is no reference to Oregon in the text. Can we have a citation for this? Katr67 21:00, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the category. Katr67 14:30, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

'The characters also appear as an introduction to Digimon: The Movie, released outside of Japan. This is to help disguise the fact that the movie is three Japanese movies cut together'

More info[edit]

For a TV show that has been on so many diffrent networks there should be more than just a very large character list...

Photos[edit]

There are photos of real people used in the show, is there any information about these people? 188.162.167.192 (talk) 21:00, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
