Revert removal of content (Horizons)

On what grounds did I decide to revert? On the grounds that a user with an edit history consisting solely of vandalism blanked out 90% of the content of the article! I have blocked him again, also, this is at least the fourth time he's been blocked (by four different admins). If any editor wants to discuss whether the article is too long, too short, too biased in one direction, too biased in the other direction, whatever, I'm happy to do so - but I'm not tolerating this guy's constant vandalism. —Stormie 02:45, Sep 4, 2004 (UTC)

You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box.
