May 30, 2004, I beleive the name was officially changed. the name change was anncounced a week earlier or so. Aerosmith was the last event to be played there, and as I recall it was on the 24-28. Plasma Twa 2 06:44, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Trivia[edit]

Does anyone know the largest crowds attracted to the CUC? What I mean is the largest crowd for a basketball game, concert and other types of events. I added last night's Flames/Panthers game as the largest hockey crowd, but I'd like to see the largest crowds for other types of events too. Image:CreditUnionCentrelogo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Major Events Section[edit]

I have reduced the number of bands listed under major events. It is unnecessary to have every act listed. I believe I have shown a representative amount from the various genres who have played at Credit Union Centre. So please refrain from adding every little band who appears there. If you need to make a list create the page List of Bands Who Have Performed at Credit Union Centre page and go nuts adding every concert that occurs there.
