Rewrite needed[edit]

I've just made a few small changes to make the article read better, but I think a major re-write is needed to make it easier to understand, and probably more citations are needed, as some sentences need clarification 13tsf13 (talk) 20:08, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
